How do I know which dispensary to use?

When I recommend specific products, I'll tell you which dispensary to use. Generally: Fullscript for broad multi-brand access, Designs for Health and Biotics for specialized formulas, DesBio for homeopathics.

Do I get a discount?

Yes! When you purchase through my dispensary links, you receive discounted pricing (typically 10-25% off retail). This isn't full practitioner pricing (which is reserved for licensed practitioners), but it's significantly better than retail and ensures you're getting professional-grade products at accessible prices.

What if I find it cheaper on Amazon?

Can I browse and order on my own?

Does being on these dispensaries mean you recommend every product?

No. Just because a supplement is available on Fullscript or another dispensary doesn't mean I endorse it. These platforms carry thousands of products, and not all of them are appropriate or effective. I only recommend specific products after assessing your individual needs. Don't assume something is "approved" just because it's available on one of these sites—always consult with me before purchasing.

PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS

Will you create a custom protocol for me?

Yes. During your visits, I assess your specific needs and create personalized supplement protocols. I may also send direct recommendations through your dispensary account.

Can I get recommendations without an appointment?

For safety and effectiveness, I only provide supplement recommendations during appointments where I can fully assess your health status, current medications, and individual needs.

Why can't I just follow general supplement advice?

While these companies offer high-quality products, there's no one-size-fits-all approach to supplementation. A vitamin D supplement that works well for one person may not be the right form, dose, or brand for another based on individual absorption, genetic factors, health conditions, and existing deficiencies. This is why getting assessed in the office is so important—I can determine what you actually need rather than guessing based on general recommendations.
